BIA has provided surveying and engineering services to Liberty Property Trust since 1995. Among the projects that Liberty developed and manages is Boulder Business Center, a 212-acre warehouse/distribution center in Upper Macungie Township, Lehigh County, PA. The center is on Route 100, one-half mile south of Interstate 78, giving it excellent access to the Pennsylvania Turnpike and other major roads.

BIA provided the survey for the industrial park and the site design for three buildings, ranging in size from 120,000 square feet to 653,500 square feet. The largest was planned to be expandable to 1 million square feet. Design began on the $45 million project in March 2000. Construction began in November 2000 — and the project was put into service in November 2001.
