BIA has been involved in residential property development since our founding in 1977. Thousands of families now live in subdivisions and neighborhoods for which we have provided engineering services. Recreation

A great deal of careful planning goes on behind the fun and relaxation the public experiences at recreation facilities. To assist in that process, we provide services that include site and condition assessments, environmental studies, site design and structural engineering — for everything from overall park design to independent structures and buildings on a site.

Inns/Lodging

Our services to providers of lodging — from hotels to country inns — include condition assessments on existing facilities, feasibility studies for new or additional structures, land planning, and environmental design. We also provide significant restoration services to inns of historic value and interest.
