Since our founding in 1977 and our work with Governor Leader in the early years of our company, BIA has had the privilege of helping a variety of healthcare and senior living facilities achieve their project goals.  We team well with other professionals in the design of new campuses and buildings, but our greatest strength lies in providing a single source of engineering expertise to facility owners.

Hospitals/Clinics

Medical facilities present special engineering challenges, including load factors from diagnostic equipment, specific piping design for medical gases, and the critical importance of ADA requirements. BIA's experience with medical facilities includes extensive work with KidsPeace, a full-service medical facility for young people, as well as the medical center campuses of Montgomery Hospital in Norristown, PA; Frankford Hospital in Philadelphia, PA and the St. Luke's system in Allentown, Quakertown, and Bethlehem, PA.
