BIA has provided surveying and engineering services to Liberty Property Trust since 1998. Among the projects that Liberty developed and manages is Boulder Business Center, a 212-acre warehouse/distribution center in Upper Macungie Township, Lehigh County, PA. The center is on Route 100, one-half mile south of Interstate 78, giving it excellent access to the Pennsylvania Turnpike and other major roads. BIA provided expedited services for the $45 million project. These included the ALTA survey for the industrial park and the site design for three buildings, ranging in size from 120,000-square feet to 653,500-square feet, with the largest planned to be expandable to 1 million square feet. Design began on the entire project in March 2000 - and it was put into service in November 2001.
