The Melt Restaurant, a destination hot spot at the Lehigh Valley’s new lifestyle center, features over 20,000-square feet of trendy space spread over three floors. With bars on each level, cozy dining nooks, and larger gathering spaces, the restaurant attracts guests with its New York style ambiance as well as its Mediterranean cuisine. BIA provided the structural engineering design as well as the design of the electrical, plumbing, HVAC and fire protection systems. The restaurant opened in October, 2006.
