The new Bennett Jaguar dealer rests on a triangular shaped parcel on busy Tilghman Street directly across from the entrance to the Lehigh Valley interchange of the Pennsylvania Turnpike.

The topography of the site required the design and construction of a retaining wall.  The project involved the design of a new traffic signal for the turnpike entrance which also serves as a local road. Perpendicular to Tilghman Street was a township road that required realignment for safer traffic flow around the site. The project included a traffic impact study, examining five intersections within a one mile radius, which helped guide the direction for the various road improvements.
