BIA provided site/civil and related services in the development of a 85,000 SF outpatient center on the perimeter of the hospital campus. Our services also included conducting a boundary and topographic survey of approximately 22 acres, identifying wetlands, conducting a Traffic Impact Study, preparing a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit, designing roadway improvements, and providing landscape design. The construction value was approximately 12 million dollars.
Other projects include site design and permitting of an expansion of the David M. Flowers, MD, Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory at the main hospital site.
