BIA’s scope of services for the $15 million, four-story 25,000 SF expansion included a boundary survey of a 20-acre site, a topographic survey, parking lot layout, grading design, utility design and underground basin design, along with applicable land development plans and approvals.  The project was designed under LEED guidelines and is a candidate for LEED Silver accreditation.

Cancer Center Addition 

BIA is currently providing civil engineering, surveys and landscape architecture for a 15,000 SF Cancer Center addition. The project includes a tranquil healing garden designed as a retreat for patients and their families.
