BIA provided the site design of 9.25-acre campus at the Lehigh Valley Industrial Park for a 48,240 SF building, housing doctors’ offices and related services. BIA provided design services for grading; parking; stormwater management; water; sewer; and lighting; soil erosion mitigation; and landscape design and plans.

As a consultant to W2A, BIA provided engineering for the design of a new 4,000 SF “UrgiCare” Center in Jim Thorpe. The building was strategically placed on the very small, half-acre site to also allow for 33 parking spaces. The project began with a feasibility study of the site which formerly contained a mini-mart with underground storage tanks. BIA conducted a Phase I Environmental Assessment and a boundary and topographic survey. In addition to providing site design and approvals, BIA obtained a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit for proposed driveway changes. BIA was also the structural engineer in the project.
