Barry Isett & Associates, Inc. (BIA) originated in 1977 as a structural engineering and civil engineering firm based in Trexlertown, PA.  Since then the company has grown to six offices offering full land and building engineering services throughout Eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Maryland.  Throughout the years our honest approach has earned BIA an excellent reputation for providing quality engineering, surveying and construction services throughout the Mid- Atlantic states.

Serving the Lehigh Valley and eastern Pennsylvania: TREXLERTOWN, PA and ALLENTOWN, PA

BIA headquarters are located at 85 South Route 100 between Trexlertown and Fogelsville, in the heart of Western Lehigh County.  The location, a quarter-mile south of Interstate 78 and Route 22 and near the Lehigh Valley interchange of the Pennsylvania Turnpike, provides excellent access to all of eastern Pennsylvania.

Our Allentown office (7450 Tilghman Street, Suite 109) houses our Forensic Engineering, Code Services and Construction Services Departments.

Serving Northeastern PA: HAZLETON, PA and TUNKHANNOCK, PA

Our Hazleton office serves clients in Luzerne, Carbon, Northumberland, Union, Montour, Snyder, and Schuylkill Counties as well s throughout the Pocono region

Our Tunkhannock office in Wyoming County, Pennsylvania, offers services throughout the northeastern region including the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton metro area.

Serving the Philadelphia area and the Delaware Valley - southeastern Pennsylvania - VALLEY FORGE, PA: Our Valley Forge office is located near National Historical Park and offers services to our clients in the Philadelphia and surrounding region.
