Lehigh University’s S.T.E.P.S Building Wins Project of the Year

View of S.T.E.P.S. building's expansive daylightingLehigh University Science Technology Environment Policy and Society (S.T.E.P.S) Building was honored at the 17th Annual March of Dimes Commercial and Industrial Real Estate Awards Breakfast in October.  A committee of professionals involved in a cross section of real estate disciplines annually select one project and one individual which exemplifies real estate and economic development in the Lehigh Valley. 

Alice Gast, President of Lehigh University, accepted the award from committee chairman Peter Snick, with Lafayette Ambassador Bank and vice chairman Justin Ryan, with LVIP.  The building, which opened for the fall semester and is a candidate for LEED Silver certification, was designed by Bohlin Cywinski Architects with civil engineering design by BIA.
