Lehigh Valley Industrial Park VII Wins LEED Gold

Displaying BIA’s LEED gold certificate are (from left) Barry Isett, Christa Duelberg-Kraftician, Project Architect and a SFA principal, Kevin Campbell, Jim Kostecky, Allied Building Corporation, and Betsy Faust, a member of BIA’s structural teamSpillman Farmer Architects designed the gateway office building of Lehigh Valley Industrial Park (LVIP) VII, which is now the home of both the design firm and the economic development agency.  The two organizations hosted a champagne reception attended by scores of well-wishers when Janet Milkman, Executive Director of the Delaware Valley Green Building Council, presented LEED Gold Awards in recognition of the environmentally friendly and integrated design that makes the LVIP Office Building and Spillman Farmer Architects’ office models of sustainability.  BIA was the structural engineer in the project.
