Tracy Torres joined Barry Isett & Associates, Inc. in 2005 as the receptionist.  Four months later she was promoted to the Department Head of the Administration Department.  As the manager of the Administration Department, she is responsible for a variety of functions including:  oversight of staff at the satellite office locations; preparation of various documents such as letters, proposals, specifications, bid documents, and reports; purchasing; company phone coordination; certificates of insurance; answering incoming clients calls; deliveries; recording of plans at Lehigh County Courthouse; assistance to President and COO with various tasks for the Lehigh Valley Chapter of the Pennsylvania Society of Professional Engineer’s (LVPSPE); and supporting Marketing, Grants and Accounting departments as needed.  Ms. Torres is a company shareholder.
