Christine Troxell joined Barry Isett & Associates in 2011 after a 17-year career with another firm where she was a senior project manager.  Her experience in the transportation field includes the preparation of traffic impact studies; origin-destination studies; traffic impact fee studies; Highway Occupancy Permit (HOP) plan packages; traffic signal timing and design; closed loop systems; traffic data collection; pavement design; roadway construction plans; and highway drainage plans.

Throughout the course of her career she has been responsible for the preparation of right-of-way dedication plans; subdivision and land development plans; zoning variance applications, drainage studies; erosion and sedimentation control and NPDES application packages; post construction stormwater management plans;  and PA General Permit filing, as well as the preparation of cost estimates; bid packages and specifications; and the oversight of subcontractor service.

Ms. Troxell is the key engineering representative in our service as Municipal Engineer for Salem Township and West Hazleton Borough, Luzerne County, and and as the Engineer for the McAdoo Borough Sewer Authority.  Ms. Troxell is a company shareholder.
