Robert Cox joined Barry Isett & Associates, Inc. in 1990. Initially he held overall responsibility for civil engineering and surveying services performed at Isett’s corporate headquarters with recent responsibilities including project management and municipal engineering. Mr. Cox has extensive experience in both the public and private sectors, having headed his own engineering firm, CDEC, in New Hampshire. His career includes the structural design, construction engineering and structural and MEP systems testing of nuclear power plants and large industrial facilities along with land development and municipal engineering. As a senior member of the firm and company shareholder, he provides Quality Assurance reviews of plans prepared by the Isett civil team. He has recently been invited to join the Environmental Committee of the PA Economic Development Association to help lend assistance to economic development corporations across the commonwealth on issues relating to stormwater control and NPDES permitting. He serves as the Municipal Engineer for the Borough of Pen Argyl in Northampton County and Penn Forest Township in Carbon County.
