Jordan Creek Trail

In 2012, Wildlands Conservancy retained Barry Isett & Associates to perform survey, design and permitting for 1.8 miles of trail along the Jordan Creek Trail as part of the overall Jordan Creek Greenway initiative. The entire greenway will connect Jordan Meadows Park in Allentown to the Appalachian Trail along the ridge of Blue Mountain, allowing for the protection of lands of high conservation value, and establish a 13-mile trail for the public to hike, bike and bird watch.

The Vineyards

A stormwater restoration  project designed by Barry Isett & Associates  for The Vineyards, Upper Hanover Township, Montgomery County received the Perkiomen Watershed Conservancy’s 2013 Land Use Award at a gala celebration held in October at the RiverCrest Golf Club and Preserve. The Conservancy is a non-profit devoted to protecting the water quality of thePerkiomen Creek and its tributaries in a 362 square-mile  watershed  that encompasses 57 municipalities in Berks, Bucks, Lehigh and Montgomery counties.

Kutztown University: Courts & Promenade

The demolition of the Central Heat Plant created a vacant space surrounded by residence halls, historic academic buildings, and the University’s football stadium.  Already engaged as the Civil/Structural/MEP Engineer and Landscape Architect for the replacement maintenance building and the demolition project, Isett was asked to design a new lighted basketball court for student recreation.
