In 2012, Wildlands Conservancy retained Barry Isett & Associates to perform survey, design and permitting for 1.8 miles of trail along the Jordan Creek Trail as part of the overall Jordan Creek Greenway initiative. The entire greenway will connect Jordan Meadows Park in Allentown to the Appalachian Trail along the ridge of Blue Mountain, allowing for the protection of lands of high conservation value, and establish a 13-mile trail for the public to hike, bike and bird watch.Read More
Steady progress is being made on the construction of Lanark Commons-a three-story medical office building-on Route 309 and Lanark Road in Center Valley. After 17 months, three phases and $15 million dollars in construction costs-the staff and students of the Palmerton Area School District are enjoying new and updated facilities at the junior high school. Completed in September of 2017, Phase I consisted of the conversion of a grass football field into a multi-sport turf field, including a synthetic track. ArtsQuest Center at SteelStacks, the redeveloped Bethlehem Steel industrial site in Bethlehem, PA, provides dynamic performance and gallery space. Conceived to provide multiple simultaneous entertainment experiences, the 67,000 SF building required Isett structural engineers to design wide open spaces without column supports, enhancing traffic flow and sight lines. The “bones” of the building became part of the architectural design.Read More

The expansion of the Scandlon Gymnasium athletic facilities was a top priority for Kings College, located in downtown Wilkes-Barre, PA. The two-story addition was constructed on a compact urban site in the downtown. Barry Isett and Associates was the structural engineer in the design of 41,000 SF of new multi-purpose recreation and education space which features a 20,000 SF gymnasium on the building’s upper level.Read More
Two million-plus square feet of industrial buildings are rising at Liberty at Mill Creek, located between Hamilton Boulevard and the Route 222 bypass on a parcel of about 200 acres in western Lehigh County that spans both Upper Macungie and Lower Macungie Townships.
Isett helped Liberty achieve final approvals for the complex project and Allied Building Corporation began construction soon thereafter.
