A Steady Hand Behind the Scenes
In her role, Alice is the organizational backbone of the Northeast Region’s Code Department. She manages the intake of applications and plans, assigns reviews, coordinates approvals, and ensures that every detail is handled with care and precision. Her background in business makes her especially adept at processing invoices and managing entries in IWORQ, and she takes pride in keeping projects on track and on time.
Alice’s colleagues describe her as someone who always shows up—ready to help, ready to listen, and ready to take on whatever is needed. She never seeks recognition, but her impact is felt across the team every day.
Service Beyond the Office
Alice’s dedication extends far beyond her work at Isett. She volunteers regularly at the Harveys Lake American Legion and the Wilkes-Barre VA Nursing Center, where she spends time with veterans and supports community events.
One of her most heartfelt contributions is a personal project that began with a friend’s request: handcrafted patriotic flag decorations (see photo below) made from wood and fabric. In just three months, Alice created and donated 29 framed flags to veteran-focused benefits—a labor of love that continues to grow!
