“It’s been 13 years since our last significant reorganization,” notes company President and CEO, Kevin Campbell, PE, LEED AP. “Most companies reorganize to ‘fix’ problems–we are reorganizing to support our further growth and continuous improvement. The new system went into effect January 1.”

“As the new year begins, we understand that the COVID challenges may get worse before they get better,” says Campbell. “However, with comprehensive vaccine protection on the way, we are optimistic for the future and looking forward to life in the new normal, where we will continue to leverage the benefits of virtual meetings, but also be able to renew our relationships through in-person meetings with associates, clients, and professional colleagues.”
