Joshua Fry, PE, joined the Municipal Engineering Services Department of Barry Isett & Associates, Inc. in 2025 and was named department head the same year, bringing with him more than seven years of progressive civil and municipal engineering experience.
Prior to joining Isett, Mr. Fry served as Engineer of Record (EOR) for a civil development project in Riverside County, CA, and led design and quality assurance for civil development projects across San Bernardino, Riverside, Los Angeles, San Diego, and Orange Counties.
