This award pays tribute to Francee Fuller, Barry Isett & Associates’ Marketing Director for 24 years. Francee joined Isett in 1997 when the firm had about 50 associates and, for decades, was a one-associate department—helping grow the company to more than 200 team members across eight offices.
Her influence extended far beyond day-to-day marketing tasks. Francee shaped countless proposals, award nominations, and external communications—cementing Isett’s brand awareness in the Lehigh Valley and beyond. She was the primary force behind Isett’s marketing and branding and had an immense influence on shaping what the company has evolved to be today.
At every opportunity, Francee generously shared her knowledge and connected with others, leaving a lasting legacy of mentorship and collaboration.

Francee was also a past president and founding member of CREW Lehigh Valley, championing mentorship and leadership in the commercial real estate industry. Her dedication to lifting others and fostering professional growth continues to inspire through this award.
