For November, we’re proud to celebrate Antonio Martinez, Southeast Assistant Project Manager, Construction Quality Assurance Department, for his consistent demonstration of collaboration, initiative, and positivity.
Antonio approaches every situation with a proactive mindset and a willingness to help, whether asked or on his own initiative. His ability to combine technical expertise with clear communication creates a positive environment for colleagues and clients alike.
In his role supporting field and laboratory operations, Antonio coordinates construction materials testing, inspections, and reporting. He assists with project management tasks, supports technicians and inspectors, manages schedules, communicates with project teams and clients, reviews field data, and ensures testing and documentation meet project and quality standards. He also helps maintain lab organization and readiness for ongoing and upcoming work.
Antonio’s current workload includes major projects such as:
