Kelvin Centeno is one-fifth of the IT Department at Barry Isett & Associates (Isett) and serves as our Systems Administrator. He plays a key role in keeping Isett’s technology secure, reliable, and running smoothly.
In his role, Kelvin manages helpdesk tickets, prepares and monitors software updates, assists with new-hire onboarding, and helps maintain servers and network security. Because of this, teams across the organization rely on his expertise every day.
A Trusted Problem Solver
Kelvin is often the first to respond when technical issues arise. Recently, he came to the rescue after a colleague experienced a stressful file mishap. Thanks to his quick action, the data was recovered and work continued without disruption.

Stepping Up During the RJD Engineering Acquisition
Kelvin’s dedication stood out during the recent RJD Engineering acquisition. He understood how critical IT integration was to a successful transition.
As a result, Kelvin worked tirelessly to ensure all systems were properly set up and fully functional. His commitment went above and beyond, including working on Christmas Day to support a seamless and time‑sensitive integration.
Because of his efforts, the organization experienced a smooth transition during a complex period.

Technology is always evolving, and Kelvin enjoys learning new skills and exploring new solutions. He is currently working on implementing a new help desk ticketing system for Isett.
Next month, Kelvin will celebrate four years with the firm. One of his favorite parts of the job has been building strong relationships with his coworkers across departments.
