Supporting Safety Across Isett
Anna plays an essential role in advancing Isett’s safety program. She leads new-hire safety orientations, coordinates training initiatives, investigates incidents and near misses, and helps maintain compliance records. She also works closely with teams across the company to support client safety requirements, update policies, and keep employees informed through ongoing safety communications.
Her work requires organization, adaptability, and a commitment to helping others. Whether serving as a trainer, coordinator, problem-solver, or trusted resource, Anna helps keep Isett’s safety efforts moving forward.
Making a Difference Beyond Her Role
While safety is a major part of her job, Anna’s impact extends far beyond one department.
She supports onboarding initiatives, employee training, system administration, PPE ordering, organizational resource management, and employee recognition efforts. In addition, she serves on the Safety, Wellness, and Women of Isett committees.
If something needs to be organized, communicated, tracked, or coordinated, there is a good chance Anna is involved.
Focused on Continuous Improvement
A self-described project enthusiast, Anna is always looking for ways to improve processes and enhance the employee experience.
She is currently finalizing plans for October’s Safety Month and collaborating with Isett’s IT Department to technologically improve onboarding and offboarding processes. Anna is also developing department-specific safety training programs designed to help new hires succeed from day one.
Her proactive approach reflects a genuine desire to make Isett stronger, safer, and more efficient.
Creating Meaningful Employee Experiences
One of the things Anna enjoys most about her role is helping people feel recognized and appreciated.
Whether she is ordering Isett baby bibs for new parents, selecting service award gifts, distributing Safety Month prizes, or supporting company events, she values opportunities to create positive experiences for her coworkers. Seeing employees feel valued and celebrated is one of the most rewarding parts of her job.
A Career Built on Growth
Anna’s career journey at Isett reflects her commitment to learning and professional development.
When she joined the company as an Administrative Assistant, she had never heard of a multidisciplinary engineering firm. Since then, she has earned her bachelor’s degree, begun pursuing her master’s degree, obtained multiple certifications, and built a career of which she is proud,
What Anna values most about Isett is the opportunity to grow, innovate, and pursue new ideas. She also appreciates the company’s commitment to work-life balance, which has allowed her to stay actively involved in her daughter’s school activities and never miss an important event.
Most importantly, she values the people.
