On December 8th, the Lehigh Valley Business and Central Penn Business Journal held the Best Places to Work in PA awards ceremony to celebrate the top 120 small, medium, and large employers across Pennsylvania. This year marks Isett’s fourth year in a row of earning this statewide recognition placing #21 in the medium sized employer category.
The Lehigh Valley Business and Central Penn Business Journal’s Best Places to Work in PA is a research-based program managed by Best Companies Group that examines a company’s practices, programs, and benefits. Along with external evaluation, the program distributes a confidential survey to all employees within the company to assess their overall employee experience. Those companies that meet the determined criteria are considered one of the Best Places to Work in PA. Isett has been recognized with 119 other businesses in this statewide list across small, medium, and large employer categories. The recognition is proudly embraced by employers as third-party validation of its credibility to stand out to clients, partners, and most importantly, job seekers.
