Isett’s Charles “Chuck” Wolf, BCO, has been named one of Lehigh Valley’s 2022 Forty Under 40 Honorees by Lehigh Valley Business. Forty Under 40 recognizes professionals 40 years of age and younger who have been successful in the Greater Lehigh Valley area based on their professional accomplishments, community service, and commitment to inspiring change. The honorees are chosen by a selection committee, and many serve as leaders in prominent organizations throughout the region.

“This year’s Forty Under 40 recipients are leading companies, creating new products and changing the way we do business. They are also committed to community service and inspiring change,” said Suzanne Fischer-Huettner, senior group publisher of Lehigh Valley Business. “They also know the importance of mentoring and work to help others as they grow in the business community. We are pleased to celebrate their accomplishments and look forward to what the future holds for them.”

Chuck Wolf serves as Operations Manager in Isett’s Code Inspection & Plan Review department and oversees a team of code specialists, inspectors, and administration professionals. He received his A.A.S. in Construction Management from Lehigh Carbon Community College and he has been contributing to the success of the organization  since he first joined Isett as an intern nearly six years ago. In his time with the company, Chuck has been a driving force behind implementing company-wide initiatives for employee growth and business development. He has worked to recruit talent from local colleges and trade schools and now manages a strong team underneath him. Chuck is a vocal proponent of continuing education and leads by example to encourage those around him to keep pursuing additional certifications and training.

Chuck regularly volunteers for Isett service initiatives and community events, enthusiastically supporting local non-profits and organizations. We can depend on his annual contribution to the Volunteer Challenge, Lehigh Valley MATHCOUNTS, and on his personal support of service for the Bike MS: City to Shore Ride, which he has been involved with for nearly a decade. Chuck also returns to Lehigh Carbon Community College every year as an adjunct teacher to educate students on how to apply their knowledge to the field.

Outside of Isett and his community involvement, Chuck and his wife, Courtney Wolf, are proud parents to Lucas, age 3, and will be welcoming their second son Noah in September. Chuck’s leadership capabilities and distinctly optimistic energy have helped him and his colleagues succeed at Isett, and he truly deserves the honor of being selected as a Forty Under 40 recipient. Chuck will be recognized for his accomplishment by Lehigh Valley Business at the annual awards celebration on September 14th.
