For the 13th year in a row, Barry Isett & Associates, Inc. (Isett) was named as a Top Workplace by The Morning Call for 2025. Isett also earned special recognition for the company’s Work/Life Flexibility, adding to prior recognitions in 2013, 2015, 2018, and 2021. The Top Workplace selection is based on employee feedback gathered through an anonymous survey that measures workplace satisfaction, company leadership, communication, confidence in the company, culture, and effectiveness of management, as well as benefits such as pay, training, and flexibility.
The awards event began with mentions of prior winners and noted the number of years various companies have been on the prestigious list. Morning Call Editor John Misinco recognized Isett as a “powerhouse” and the only company to be on the list all 13 years.
Isett was recognized along with 31 other Lehigh Valley-based Top Workplaces and earned a spot at #4 in the midsize employer category. View photos from the event on mcall.com.

The Morning Call partners with Energage, the employee research and consulting firm, to determine the Top Workplaces through employee surveys. The winners are organized by category: large (500+ employees in the Lehigh Valley region), midsize (125-499 employees) and small (124 or less employees) employers. More than 14,000 employees across the region answered this year’s survey.
