Isett Receives 2023 Empowering Women Award

Barry Isett & Associates, Inc. announces its honor as one of the 2023 Empowering Women Awardees, presented by Lehigh Valley Business and the Central Penn Business Journal.

This inaugural award celebrates the outstanding commitment of companies and organizations in Central and Eastern Pennsylvania that actively support and empower women. Empowering Women aims to highlight tangible and innovative initiatives by recognizing the efforts of businesses, law firms, nonprofits, and other entities dedicated to advancing women in both the workplace and the broader community. An esteemed panel of judges, composed of leaders from Lehigh Valley Business and Central Penn Business Journal, selected the honorees. Recipients of the Empowering Women Awards demonstrate a commendable track record in recruiting, hiring, and promoting women. They exhibit a commitment to fostering gender equality by offering mentoring programs, driving systemic change, including women in leadership roles, contributing to philanthropic endeavors that support women, and providing scholarship assistance.

“The inaugural Empowering Women award honorees know the importance of women in the workplace and work to support and advance their leadership,” said Suzanne Fischer-Huettner, managing director of BridgeTower Media/Lehigh Valley Business and Central Penn Business Journal. “These businesses support mentoring for women and other programs that are clearly aimed at helping women succeed. Lehigh Valley Business and Central Penn Business Journal are proud to congratulate these organizations for recognizing the incredible value and power of women in the workforce.”
