Barry Isett & Associates (Isett) is proud to announce that the firm has been named a Top Workplace by The Morning Call for the 14th consecutive year. In a milestone achievement for the company, Isett was also ranked #1 among medium‑sized businesses (125–499 employees) in the Lehigh Valley for 2026.
The Top Workplaces Awards Ceremony was held on Thursday, February 26, at ArtsQuest in Allentown. Representing Isett at the event were Andrew Lawler, President & COO; Jennifer Duddy, Talent Acquisition Specialist; Teresa Rivera, Marketing Proposal Coordinator; and Marcus Rivera, Staff Environmental Scientist.
The Top Workplace distinction is based entirely on associate feedback collected through an anonymous, third‑party survey administered by Energage. The survey measures key aspects of the employee experience, including engagement, leadership, communication, and workplace culture.
This recognition is especially meaningful because it reflects the voices of Isett’s associates and the culture they help shape every day. Being recognized as a Top Workplace for 14 consecutive years and earning the top ranking among medium‑sized employers this year underscores the firm’s continued commitment to fostering an environment rooted in trust, collaboration, and shared values.
