“I take pride in the role I have played to help bring us to this stage of our growth. But I find the deepest satisfaction in my 15-year volunteer career as school director in the East Penn School District, an unpaid but elected position,” she shared with the publication. “As board president, I presented the diplomas and declared the students graduated. During the ceremony for the class of 2014, I realized that my board decisions throughout the years influenced every year of these young people’s public education. East Penn students are well equipped for life, and I am proud to have played a role in that preparation.”

Isett’s project proposals, marketing materials and community-involvement efforts don’t reach clients or the public without Ms. Fuller’s direct involvement or input. She has put her unique, respected stamp on everything flowing from Barry Isett & Associates over more than two decades.

Ms. Fuller has considerably impacted the region’s business community, as well. She is a past president and current board member of the East Penn Chamber of Commerce. In addition, she is a founding member and past president of the Commercial Real Estate Women of the Lehigh Valley and the Friends of the Emmaus Public Library.

Before joining Isett, Ms. Fuller spent 12 years as Marketing Director for Montgomery Realty Company in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, then seven years as Vice President of Montgomery Marketing Services, Montgomery Group Affiliates, in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania. To reach this point in her career, Ms. Fuller dedicated years of her life to become a transformational force in her companies and in her communities.
