Jen plays a vital role in shaping the future of Isett. As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, she manages the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing candidates and screening resumes to interviewing, extending offers, and onboarding new team members. She represents Isett at career fairs and recruiting events and works closely with department heads and operations managers across all 11 offices to fill current openings and build a pipeline of qualified candidates for future needs.
Her approach is marked by energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for people. Jen balances individual requests from departments while tirelessly attracting top talent to join our growing team. One of her favorite parts of the job? Meeting new people every day, hearing their stories, and sharing what makes Isett such a special place to work.
Living Our Service Value
Jen’s dedication extends beyond recruiting. Volunteering is one of the reasons she was drawn to Isett, and our Service value truly resonates with her. Recently, Jen volunteered at Bethlehem Emergency Sheltering, helping prepare rooms for new flooring. She invited colleagues to join and was amazed by the response. Nearly every department was represented, turning the day into a rewarding experience of teamwork and giving back. A shared lunch afterward was the perfect way to celebrate their efforts.
