June 30, 2025 – Mechanicsburg, PA — Barry Isett & Associates, Inc. proudly announces that Jodi L. Heffner, Central PA Municipal Code Services Manager, has been named a 2025 Women of Influence honoree by the Central Penn Business Journal. The award was presented at a ceremony held on June 25, 2025, recognizing women leaders across Central Pennsylvania for their exceptional professional accomplishments, community involvement, and dedication to mentoring others.
With a career spanning over two decades in municipal code enforcement and public service, Jodi has consistently demonstrated a commitment to excellence, leadership, and community impact. Since joining Barry Isett & Associates in 2022, she has led the Central PA Municipal Code Services team serving local municipalities.
Jodi’s professional journey includes key roles in Silver Spring Township, West Hempfield Township, and Shrewsbury Township, where she served in various zoning and code enforcement capacities. Her dedication to public service is further reflected in her long-standing involvement with organizations such as the Dallastown Lions Club—where she made history as the first female president—and the York Township Planning Commission, where she has served since 2003.
Among her many accolades, Jodi was recently honored with the Lions Club International Charter Chevron for 20 years of service and a 20-year service pin from the York Township Planning Commission. Her leadership extends beyond her professional role, as she actively contributes to the Kalreider-Benfer Library Board and serves as Environmental Chairperson for Lions Club International, District 14-C.
Reflecting on her career, Jodi shared, “One of my proudest accomplishments has been becoming a manager and mentoring team members with less experience. It’s incredibly rewarding to watch our team achieve its goals together.”
Jodi credits her strong work ethic and adaptability as keys to her success—traits inspired by her father, a former Township Supervisor, whose dedication to public service left a lasting impression on her from a young age.
