Kevin Campbell Named an ICON by Lehigh Valley Business

Congratulations to Kevin Campbell, PE, LEED AP, President and CEO of Barry Isett & Associates (Isett), who was honored as an ICON by Lehigh Valley Business on November 30 along with other honorees for 2023. Judges of the Icon Honors look for Lehigh Valley’s business leaders over the age of 60 who have left an indelible mark in their fields, and whose integrity, vision and selfless service have lifted up the Greater Lehigh Valley community. Kevin Campbell has led Isett with a passion for its people, clients, and community since taking over as chief executive. He has been with the company since 2005 when he was brought on to help manage company operations, and was promoted to his current position in 2011.

In his time leading the employee-owned company, he’s overseen consistent annual revenue growth and the formation of new departments and service areas, as well as numerous successful acquisitions and mergers. Mr. Campbell has created a multiplier effect by helping to instill leadership skills within many of Isett’s team members, with a consistent focus on maintaining a strong values-based organization with a stellar reputation in the community. He has instilled a culture of shared leadership, shared responsibility, and shared rewards, allowing others to shine in their respective areas. He has also encouraged employees to be active in our communities and demonstrate the value of service on a regular basis. Under his leadership, the company has earned numerous workplace awards and honors, including Best Places to Work in PA, Top Workplaces, and the Societas Award for Responsible Corporate Conduct, among many others.
