Mr. Campbell joined Isett in 2005 after more than two decades in the optoelectronics industry. Campbell was promoted to Executive Vice President in 2008 and rose to President & CEO in 2011, overseeing 10% annual revenue growth; the formation of new departments and disciplines; and numerous successful mergers and acquisitions for the company over the past decade.
Under his leadership, Isett has earned recognition as one of the Best Places to Work in PA for 2021, 2020, and 2019; a Morning Call Top Workplace annually since 2013; and the Societas Award for Responsible Corporate Conduct in 2015, presented by the Forum for Ethics in the Workplace. Mr. Campbell has personally been recognized as Engineer of the Year by the PA Society of Professional Engineers (PSPE), Executive of the Year by Lehigh Valley Business, and has earned a spot on the Power 30 list for most influential construction & real estate professionals in the greater Lehigh Valley region. He was also a 2021 Power 100 honoree.
A former president of the Lehigh Valley Chapter of PSPE, Kevin Campbell has coordinated the Lehigh Valley MATHCOUNTS® competition for many years and was the overall PA State coordinator in 2018 and 2019. Mr. Campbell currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Forum for Ethics in the Workplace; the Advisory Board for Northampton Community College’s Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship; the Foundation Board of Northampton Community College; and previously served as Chair of the Volunteer Challenge for the Volunteer Center of the Lehigh Valley.
