Grosfillex US Warehouse Addition
Conewago Enterprises, a family-run design-build firm teamed with Barry Isett & Associates, Inc. to create a 150,000-square-foot warehouse addition to an existing facility located in North Lebanon Township. The addition included a small office, bathroom, and fire pump room. Isett associates provided Mechanical / Electrical / Plumbing Engineering & Fire Protection design and Project Management & Contruction Services on the project. The facility is occupied by Grosfillex US, a leading outdoor furniture manufacturer with several locations located between the Lehigh Valley and Harrisburg.
