St. Luke’s Lanark Commons Medical Office Building (MOB)
Project Information
St. Luke’s Lanark Commons
Isett provided numerous services for Lanark Commons, a three-story medical office building (MOB) on Route 309 and Lanark Road in Center Valley. The building sits on top of a 270-foot-long colored/patterned concrete retaining wall, which was part of Isett’s structural design, along with the building’s steel frame structure and foundations.
Members of Isett’s Construction Materials Testing Department were on site for all the section pours of the retaining wall, as well as the slab-on-grade pour for the first floor and the slab-on-deck pours for the second and third floors. Other services CMT performed include pad fill compaction testing, masonry testing, and soil bearing testing. St. Luke’s University Health Network will be the primary tenant of the medical office building.
