Mr. Don Bara, PLS, joined Barry Isett & Associates, Inc. (Isett) in March 2024 as the Survey Department Head. Mr. Bara has over 20 years of experience in the industry, providing professional oversight on over 2000 commercial and residential boundary and engineering surveys throughout Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia. His expertise include ALTA surveys, boundary surveys, subdivisions, elevations certifications, volume surveys, bathymetric surveys, and forensic review of surveys to provide expert witness testimony.
Mr. Bara is responsible for coordinating staff to deliver services across Isett’s service regions, project preparation and researching deeds and historic records utilized by the survey staff in the creation of base plans for subdivision and land development projects. Mr. Bara is experienced in both Carlson and Civil 3D Auto CADD.
