Jennifer Isett officially joined the firm in 1994, hired as an instrumental person on the survey crew of the Delaware Valley branch office. During her first few years, she was involved in everything from enhancing the employee handbook and developing marketing materials, to data entry and printer repair before she settled into the role of IT Manager. In 2006, she became Business Operations Manager, supporting the work of the Administrative, Accounting, and Human Resources groups in addition to IT. Currently, a large part of her efforts focuses on support of the Board of Directors and implementation of the ownership transition plan. Ms. Isett is a company shareholder.
A graduate of The Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. in Secondary Education, Ms. Isett spent the first five years of her career as a GC Analyst at an environmental testing lab. She has since maintained her focus on the environment serving as a Board member with the Perkiomen Watershed Conservancy, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to environmental stewardship. Her membership in the Pottstown Rotary offers an additional outlet to her desire for involvement and service to her community.
