Kimberli Kyra joined Barry Isett & Associates, Inc. in 1997 to manage human resources for the firm. As the Human Resources Director, she is responsible for a variety of functions, including recruiting (advertising, career fairs, interviewing, conducting background checks, and extending offer letters); new hire orientation and onboarding; benefits selection, administration, and enrollment; administration and monitoring disability and FMLA leaves; updating/maintaining company handbook policies; assists with scheduling of professional development activities, including professional licensure through reciprocity procedures; coordinates employee performance reviews; files employment-related government mandated reports; oversees the exit interview process; and coordinates payroll changes with the accounting department. Ms. Kyra is a member of both the ESOP and Wellness committees and is a company shareholder.
