Nicholas Bauer joined the Construction Materials Testing Department of Barry Isett & Associates, Inc. in 2020 to bring field and lab services to the company’s Central PA clients. In 2024, he was named the Capital Region Operations Manager. A knowledgeable project manager with experience in geotechnical investigation, construction monitoring, and laboratory testing, his projects have included infiltration testing, sinkhole remediation, and compaction grouting.
In 2026, Mr. Bauer was promoted to lead the team, which has expanded into a comprehensive Construction Quality Assurance Department, offering a full suite of services to help bridge the gap between design and construction. He is responsible for coordination of clients, scheduling staff, and quality control and assurance.
