Samantha Melhorn joined Barry Isett & Associates, Inc. in 2022 as the Marketing Manager for Central Pennsylvania, bringing more than eight years of experience in marketing strategy, business development support, and operational coordination within industrial and manufacturing environments. In 2026, Ms. Melhorn was named Marketing Director for the firm.
In her role at Isett, she oversees a team that supports business development initiatives, proposal strategy, creative services, client engagement across multiple disciplines and offices, working closely with firm leadership and technical teams to align pursuit strategies with organizational goals. Prior to joining Isett, Ms. Melhorn held marketing and product management roles where she led strategic initiatives related to international vendor and client relationships, business development, and data-driven marketing efforts, supporting large-scale operations and revenue growth.
