Values in Action | Todd Gerhart

Congratulations to Todd Gerhart, Isett’s Values in Action winner for March! Todd has taken ownership of supporting several projects—adding to his already healthy workload. As a Professional Forensic Engineer, Todd assesses and investigates structural damage for insurance claims, litigations, and property owners. He designs the repairs and remediations to damaged or compromised structures and facilities as well as provides assistance and peer review to the Forensics team. Some of his projects include repairs to the entryway of PSU’s Vairo Library (Brandywine Campus | Media, PA); cold storage repairs at 9001 E. Hampton Drive (Capitol Heights, MD); retaining wall repairs at Bradford Plaza (West Chester, PA); framing repairs at the Historic Hope Lodge (Fort Washington, PA); welcome center repairs of PennDOT I-80 (East Stroudsburg, PA); roof truss repairs at the maintenance facility of PennDOT Monroe County (Tobyhanna, PA); floor capacity assessment of the maintenance facility of PennDOT Lehigh County (Lehighton, PA); and several ongoing litigations and insurance claims.

Todd enjoys the variety of work and using his experience to create a positive remediation or result for a client. He likes the direction and focus provided by the leadership team as well as working with his colleagues within the Field Division and the Delaware Valley office.
