Congratulations to Alice Frantz, the Values in Action winner for the month of August! As the Regional Administrator for Isett’s Code Department in the Wyoming Valley office, Alice has been a great asset to the northeast region and is the She is the team’s go-to person and keeps everything running smoothly: from entering new UCC and zoning permits – making sure each application has the correct information – to scanning plans, collecting accounts receivable, formatting review memos and notices of violation, tracking inspections, and corresponding with municipalities, inspectors, and operations managers. Her expertise and understanding of how the entire Code Department operates has made her invaluable.
Alice has previous experience dealing with code and zoning matters, including her work with a home builder, and enjoys using this knowledge as she reviews new submissions. It is exciting to her to see the upcoming commercial projects in the region and what’s happening in the local municipalities. Alice has enjoyed the different friendships she’s made with employees from the municipalities she serves along with her teammates in the office. Everyone often bounces ideas off each other, and with the knowledge of four departments coming together, they can always figure out a solution.
