For April 2026, we are proud to recognize Melody Fetrow for the professionalism, initiative, and dedication she brings to every project.

Melody naturally embodies Isett’s values through her proactive approach and commitment to excellence. She regularly lends support where it is needed most, takes ownership of her responsibilities, and goes above and beyond to help both clients and colleagues succeed. Her efforts have not gone unnoticed—multiple clients have recognized Melody as a valuable contributor throughout their projects, reflecting the high standard of service and quality Isett represents.
Quality Assurance Expertise in the Field
As a Construction Quality Assurance (CQA) Representative, Melody performs a wide range of inspection services that are critical to successful project delivery. Her responsibilities include conducting soil, foundation, rebar, and concrete inspections, reviewing plans and specifications, performing and documenting concrete breaks, completing daily reports, and providing additional support as needed.
Melody is currently assigned to several education-focused projects, including Cumberland Perry Area Vocational Technical School, Green Ridge Elementary School, and Eagle View Middle School. Her attention to detail and thorough documentation help ensure that construction activities align with design requirements and project standards.
Collaboration That Drives Results
One of Melody’s favorite aspects of working at Isett is the collaborative culture across the firm. She values the depth of in-house expertise available and appreciates the ability to work closely with colleagues to interpret plans and specifications accurately. This teamwork allows her to provide timely, reliable answers to contractors and clients—support that keeps projects moving forward efficiently.
Melody also enjoys meeting and working with a wide variety of individuals on construction sites. These interactions allow her to build strong working relationships while serving as a trusted resource for project teams.
