For the month of July, that honor goes to Collin Stout, whose positive attitude, initiative, and commitment to helping colleagues succeed have made a lasting impact on both his department and the organization as a whole.
A Leader in Civil Land Development
As a Staff Engineer in Isett’s Civil Land Development Department, Collin manages a broad range of engineering and design responsibilities. His work includes stormwater management, land development planning, erosion and sediment control review, permitting, and regulatory compliance. He collaborates closely with project teams, consultants, clients, and regulatory agencies to help guide projects from the initial design phase through permitting and construction.
Like many engineers, Collin balances multiple projects at varying stages of development, ensuring each moves forward efficiently while meeting client goals and regulatory requirements. His current project portfolio includes Berks Park 183 Lots A, F & G, the DeSales University Welcome Center, and additions to the Allentown School District’s Bridgeview Academy.

One of the aspects of engineering that Collin finds most rewarding is the opportunity to contribute to projects that make a positive difference in local communities. Whether supporting educational facilities, community-focused developments, or essential infrastructure, he appreciates seeing the tangible impact of his work on the places where people live, learn, and gather.
He also enjoys the variety that comes with a career in civil engineering, including the occasional opportunity to contribute to unique projects such as those at Dorney Park.
