Our Values in Action winner for February is David Backenstoes. David is an Applications Specialist in our IT Department. As an Applications Specialist, he provides extensive training to associates pertaining to the various software programs and integrates those programs to improve efficiency and encourage seamless connectivity across our nine offices. David works closing with the Project Management Office (PMO) to develop software solutions and research new opportunities for implementation.
David believes his employment with Isett has allowed him to learn and grow, in return, giving him the opportunity to help and encourage his colleagues to do the same. He feels blessed to have an employer that provides flexibility in the workday and the most fulfilling part of his job is helping to streamline a process through automation or by reduced keystrokes. He is humbled by this nomination and would like to thank everyone who has helped him on his journey and position at Isett.
