Demonstrating our Service value, Lily Wicks-Forman is May’s Values in Action winner! Lily has been a great representative of Isett in her role as an Administrative Assistant for the Central PA Code team. Not only does she extend a welcoming hand to her new colleagues, but she’s extremely kind and professional to our clients. She goes above and beyond, trying her best to schedule their appointments with ease and explain the process with precision. Lily handles a variety of tasks including creating service agreements; preparing and submitting invoices; managing accounts receivable; and utilizing Vantagepoint for invoice payments. She assists the operations manager with delegating and monitoring assignments. She manages new projects; copies and scans permits and plans as well as processes them into the iWorkQ system; formats, revises, and prepares plans in Bluebeam; completes supporting letters for the permit approval process; approves plans on behalf of our plan reviewers; and delivers and picks up plans. Lily prioritizes phone calls, texts, and email correspondence; prepares outgoing mail and certified mail for zoning; coordinates company vehicle maintenance records and logs; and shuttles cars to and from service appointments. The Code team recently acquired two new clients: the City of York and the City of Reading. Lily will be extending support to these municipalities as well as Millersburg Borough as we add new services there. Lily enjoys working in an environment that embraces flexibility. Her favorite part of the job is building relationships with our clients. Providing the best possible experience is a top priority for her as it creates the foundation for them.
