If you’ve visited our Lehigh Valley office, chances are you’ve been greeted by Nancy’s warm smile and welcoming energy. As the face of our front desk, Nancy brings a spirit of helpfulness and positivity that sets the tone for everyone who walks through our doors.
Nancy’s responsibilities are wide-ranging and essential to our daily operations. She answers and directs calls, greets guests, distributes mail, compiles checks for Accounting, prints and binds reports and plans, scans project documents, and prepares outgoing FedEx packages and certified mail. Recently, she took initiative to expand her role by supporting our accounts receivable (AR) efforts—helping the team collect nearly $200,000 in overdue AR. Her attention to detail and proactive mindset has made a significant impact.
But Nancy’s contributions go far beyond her job description. She’s always ready to lend a hand—whether it’s stuffing gift bags for job fairs, folding flyers for mailings, or ensuring our conference rooms are clean and coffee pods are stocked. She takes pride in the little things that make a big difference.
Nancy’s journey includes many high-pressure roles throughout her career, and she’s found a home at Isett where respect and collaboration are core values. She appreciates the culture of equality and ownership, where everyone—regardless of title or tenure—is treated with dignity and importance.
