For August, we’re proud to spotlight Wendy Caskie, our dedicated Fleet Coordinator, who faithfully lives out all four of Isett’s core values every day.
Wendy’s peers describe her as a powerhouse of professionalism and efficiency. She manages an impressive fleet of 172 company vehicles, ensuring each one is safe, serviced, and ready for the road. From routine maintenance like inspections, oil changes, and tire rotations to unexpected mechanical issues, Wendy handles it all with precision and care.
Her role requires a remarkable blend of independence and teamwork. Wendy maintains detailed records for every vehicle—tracking everything from factory recalls and maintenance history to accidents, tickets, and location data. She coordinates with department heads to assign vehicles, works with drivers to schedule service, and ensures insurance cards and registrations are up to date. She even manages the booking and upkeep of Isett’s pool cars.
Currently, Wendy is collaborating with our IT team to develop a new Fleet Management System that will consolidate data from multiple spreadsheets and file locations into one streamlined platform. This initiative will enhance efficiency and accuracy across the board—a true example of ownership and innovation.
Beyond her technical expertise, Wendy brings heart and positivity to her work. She’s shared that from day one, she’s been impressed by Isett’s culture—a perfect blend of professionalism and flexibility. Despite our growth, Wendy says the company still feels personal, with colleagues who genuinely care about each other and the mission.
She thrives in the hustle and bustle of her role, embracing each day’s challenges with confidence and pride. Whether she’s coordinating service appointments or responding to unexpected issues, Wendy’s commitment to excellence never wavers.
