For demonstration of all four values of Team, Ownership, Balance and Service, Kathleen Maloney is December’s Values in Action winner. Kathleen joined Isett through the CodeMaster acquisition back in 2020, and has been one of the bridges between former CodeMaster clients and Isett. She deals with two different processes to provide quality customer service and handles every call and project with grace, dignity and respect.
Kathleen supports the Code Department in every aspect that she can, from scheduling inspections to handling invoices, logging in plans and getting them to the inspector to review, and then prepping the paperwork and making sure the plans are returned to the municipality. Kathleen loves the people she works with: they are all willing to help with any questions or give direction when needed and are a joy to be around.
